RETURN POLICY (AUSTRALIA)

This return policy applies to boysdancetoo products purchased from www.boysdancetoo.com.au or from boysdancetooAU® pop up shops or stalls in Australia.

If your item(s) do not fit correctly you may be entitled to an exchange providing the products are returned in their original packaging in the same condition as when you received them. Products must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date provided the following conditions are satisfied:

Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. You will need to provide the original receipt or online tax invoice which includes reference to the item you are returning; and

The product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in resalable condition (it must not have been damaged or altered in any way by you).

We do not accept the return of products that are:

  • sale or marked down items including products in our 'clearance' section

  • underwear + socks;

  • water bottles 

BoysdancetooAU® is not responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges or refunds, nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. 

Boysdancetoo® will not conduct price adjustments for items that may go on sale.

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund for goods purchased from a business if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sellers description.  If a consumer guarantee is not met, for example if a product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or to be compensated for any drop in value of the product (if you keep it). If the issue with the product is a minor one, we may choose to offer you a free repair of the product. The consumer guarantees do not apply where, after sale, the product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.

To make a claim under the consumer guarantees, you will need to return the item to us with our completed returns form and proof of purchase. 

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

 Should a return be necessary because of an error on the part of boysdancetooAU®, boysdancetooAU® will pay for the return shipping cost and the cost of the replacement shipping fees. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. All refunds will be credited back to the card used on the original order or issued as a gift card as requested.

How To Return For Refund or Exchange:
1. Confirm you are following guidelines from above.
2. Print and Fill out return form linked below.
3. Send form and product to the boysdancetooAU® return address.
4. Upon confirmation that returned product meets return requirements, boysdancetooAU® will issue refund or ship out the requested items.
