DOMESTIC SHIPPING DETAILS

Domestic packages will be shipped via Australia Post.

Regular, Express and Registered Post options will be available at checkout and will be calculated on weight and location.

Packages may be shipped on the weekend, however Australia Post does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS

Please check the current import duties for your country! These taxes will be added to your order in a separate invoice after your order has been placed. Please contact in advance before placing your order if you have any questions relating to import fees and taxes. 

Allow 4-5 business days for arrival. Comes with departure to arrival tracking. Depending on your shipping country, customs duties may need to be paid in order to receive your package.  Tracking number provided when order is shipped.

AH! ARE YOU MISSING A PACKAGE?!

Before contacting us, please check the following:

1. Verify that the shipping address is correct on your shipping or order confirmation email.
2. Look for any attempted delivery notices the delivery service could have left.
3. Check around to see if the delivery service left the package somewhere "abnormal".  Sometimes if you're not home they will leave packages off to the side or at the back door.
